This Cake Smash is an absolutely wonderful way to celebrate a 1st birthday and to get memorable photographs!

These sessions are fun for baby and parents, and provide a unique opportunity to capture your baby’s curiosity and personality at a young age.

"I found their business page on Facebook, I loved their backgrounds so I booked a smash cake session. At first I scheduled for 12pm, pushed it back to 4pm then pushed it again to 4:30pm and they were very understanding!! I paid my deposit over the phone the day I booked the session. On the day of we drove to a storybook grandma looking house, when we went inside and it was SOOOOOOOOO cute!!! With all the toys and fireplace. The woman at the front desk who I assume was the one I kept calling and being difficult with welcomed us with a warm welcoming offered us tea,coffee, water after about 5 mins and changing our daughter outfit we walked behind a bookshelf and into a already set up room the photographer and I guess her helper was so welcoming as well!!

We took our family pics first and the assistant was making my daughter crack up with her funny faces and noise and that made us all crack up laughing, then my son and daughter took pics which was a challenge because my daughter tried to escape they let me breastfeed her till she calmed down all while have a conversation after my daughter calmed down they move along to the cake smash. The cake wasn't what I wanted but that's the bakery not them. Again my daughter tried to escape and didn't want to smash the cake but they found a way to make everything come together. They helped us clean the baby up because it got real messy.. my family and I didn't want to leave!! This is my new go to picture studio I'm done with J.C. Penney and their overpriced basic pictures!!"

"I can’t say enough good things about Storybook Experiences. We have done the Santa, Easter Bunny and Cake Smash pictures with them and each experience has been amazing. The staff is always helpful and kind. The photographer and assistant were great with both my two-year-old son and one-year-old daughter. My daughter has a disorder that gives her low muscle tone which makes it hard for her to sit up unassisted for more then a few mins. The staff was wonderful in making sure she was safe and comfortable they kept the assistant close to her and gave my daughter props she could lean against or things they could photoshop out later. The pictures came out amazing and most importantly my daughter was happy and safe the whole time."

"We’ve had two wonderful photoshoots - Santa Experience and a custom Cake Smash Experience - at Storybook Experiences and recommend them very highly! Our family is excited to do other experiences there in the future!!

The Santa Experience photos were SO incredibly magical and perfect that we actually made a written storybook to go along with them to show our daughter the magical 1st Christmas where she went on many adventures with Santa. Every single person we’ve showed her photos to are in awe at every element of them: our daughter’s expressions, her interaction with the real Santa, the beautiful and realistic scenes - just everything!

When it came time for our daughter’s 1 year photoshoot, we initially went to a local photographer (we live on Staten Island) and weren’t happy with the quality of their photos. We then immediately contacted Storybook Experiences due to the positive experience we had prior and they couldn’t have been more accommodating in wanting to help bring our ONEderful Wizard of Oz photoshoot to life and even were able to incorporate handmade props I made for the first photoshoot into theirs seamlessly with the vision, backdrops, and props they had. The set up was beautiful and everyone was so wonderful with our daughter, even while she was being fussy and continuously kicking off her sparkly ruby red slippers.

It is clearly evident how passionate they are about creating and capturing magical moments AND beautiful photos for your family to look back on with such joy. I’m looking forward to filling the walls of our house with their fine work for years to come."

"This experience was done at the Rockville Centre location.

I will say from the moment you enter the cute fairy-tale theme establishment we were greeted by a lovely woman at the receptionist desk. She greeted my daughter, husband and I so warmly with so much enthusiasm. Coming from a former position as an Children's spa manager myself.

Customer service is so important.

Everyone who worked there greeted my daughter first and than us. I loved that. “Hellooo the experience is for her” cater to her first and than us. Parents are secondary in children establishments.

They warmed her up and she did her thing when it was time for the cake smash.

I cant remember everyone’s name but the photographer Ms Victoria. I’m so sorry but thank you all from the photographer, her AMAZINGGGG assistant and the great woman at the front desk.
